You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags, labels, and packaging are intact
You have a valid receipt or order confirmation
Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Used or washed garments
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
Clearance or final-sale items
Once your return reaches us:
Our quality team will inspect the product
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank
If the return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.
We offer exchanges for:
Wrong size
Wrong color
Defective or damaged items received from us
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or voucher may be provided.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
Contact us within 48 hours
Share your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
If approved well provide a replacement for the damaged/exchanged product within 7 days(well deliver the product within 7 days)
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer (except for damaged/incorrect products).
We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
